Where do you work?
Our workshop is located in Rixensart in Walloon Brabant. We deliver and organize events throughout Belgium. We also travel abroad on request. 
What languages do you speak?

How can I collect my order?
When you finalize your quote, you have two options: you can choose to collect your order from our workshop, or you can opt for delivery. Delivery to the event location is subject to a charge (depending on the number of kilometers).

When you place your order, you can choose the take-away option; you can collect your order from our workshop at 43 Rue du Moulin (Portail Noir) on the date and time you choose. A bell is located on the right of the gate.
What delivery area does your service cover?
We deliver anywhere in Belgium. As delivery is subject to a charge, the price varies according to the number of kilometers to the final destination.
What are the opening hours of your delivery service?
When we take your order, we discuss with you the best time for delivery or collection. We are flexible and try to accommodate your time preferences wherever possible.
How do you manage logistical requirements, such as meal delivery or set-up at the event venue?
When you place your order, we discuss your logistical preferences with you. We offer two options: door-to-door delivery, where we bring the meals directly to the address of your choice, or delivery with set-up, where our team sets up the meals at the event venue. The latter option requires an additional fee. 
Is there a minimum number of people required to place an order?
Yes, we usually require a minimum of 8 to 10 people to place an order. However, we are prepared to make exceptions depending on availability. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
How long before do I need to confirm my order and state my choices? 
We recommend that you confirm your order and communicate your choices as soon as possible. This enables us to plan accordingly and to ensure the availability of our products from our suppliers. 
How does payment work? 
On acceptance of the quotation, we require payment of a deposit prior to the date of the event or order, in accordance with our terms and conditions. Payment terms will be specified in the quotation and we generally accept payment by bank transfer. Please note that full payment will usually be required after the services have been fully provided. 
Can I get an invoice? 
Yes, you can provide us with your exact contact details for billing purposes. If you need a specific heading, please let us know. 
Do you provide reheating instructions or recommendations for delivered dishes?
When we deliver our dishes, we provide detailed reheating instructions to ensure that you can enjoy them at their best. The instructions will indicate the recommended reheating method, duration and appropriate temperatures. We ensure that dishes are delivered in a condition that facilitates reheating and preserves their taste and freshness. If you have any further questions about reheating our dishes, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be delighted to help.
Do I need to keep my meals chilled before my guests arrive? 
We advise you to keep meals cool before your guests arrive. This can be done by placing them in the refrigerator or in a cool room, according to the specific recommendations for each dish. By keeping meals chilled, we ensure that they maintain their freshness and quality until they are served to your guests.
Where can I find your menus? 
On request by e-mail or phone (or via the contact form), we'll send you our folder by e-mail, including the various formulas we offer. If you have precise and specific needs, we can also make you customized offers and menus. 
Where are your culinary preparations made? 
Our food is prepared in our specially equipped professional kitchen in Rixensart. We ensure that the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are observed in the preparation of all our dishes. 
What's your culinary style? 
Our culinary style is diverse and we like to offer a variety of options to our customers. We offer menus revisited in our own way, highlighting traditional and timeless flavors by adding a creative touch and using edible flowers to bring a unique visual and gustatory dimension to our dishes. What's more, it's also possible to adapt our menus to suit your tastes or dietary restrictions. We're flexible and like to explore new flavors and culinary techniques to create new taste experiences.
What are your quality and food safety standards? 
As a caterer, we attach great importance to quality and food safety standards. We are committed to complying with the standards set by the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FASFC), as well as all local and national regulations on food hygiene and safety.
Do you work with fresh, local, seasonal produce?
We attach great importance to the quality of our ingredients. We prefer fresh, seasonal produce. Whenever possible, we try to work with local producers. 
How can I get a visual idea of your services and menus? 
The best way to immerse yourself in our world is to follow us on social networks. If you don't have access to the networks, we can send you photos on request. 
How do you manage the quantities of food needed for my event?
We manage food quantities by carefully assessing your event's needs, using our expertise to determine appropriate quantities, and being flexible to meet your specific preferences. Our goal is to provide the right amount of food to satisfy your guests while minimizing food waste. 
Can you take food allergies into account when preparing dishes?
We understand the importance of food safety for people with allergies. Simply inform us of your allergies when you make your reservation so that we can take all necessary precautions to avoid cross-contamination.
Do you offer kid-friendly menu options?
We can, of course, plan menus specifically for children.
Can you create customized menus to suit the dietary requirements or food preferences of each event?
We can adapt our menus to suit various dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.). Just let us know when planning your event. Our experienced team will adapt and design tasty options for all diets. 
What types of events do you organize?
(B2C) We organize special events such as birthdays, receptions, dinners, christenings, weddings or any other occasion. (B2B) We also handle corporate events such as team-buildings, company lunches, product launches, business meetings, conferences, etc.
What is the minimum or maximum event size you can support?
As an event caterer, we can handle events of all sizes, from small receptions to large gatherings with hundreds of guests. We're flexible, adapting our services to suit the size of the event to ensure an exceptional experience, whatever the number of guests.
How do you go about organizing an event? 
During our first meeting, we take the time to listen carefully to your expectations and preferences for the event. Based on this information, we draw up an initial, detailed quote that includes services and estimated costs, giving you a clear idea of the budget required. This initial quote can be modified to suit your wishes and budget. Then, some time before the event, we get back in touch with you to confirm the final details, such as the number of guests, the final menu and the timetable. On the day of the event, our team takes care of the meticulous preparation of the dishes and their presentation. We ensure that everything is ready and that the service runs smoothly.
Can you manage all the logistical aspects of the event, such as equipment hire, crockery, decoration and staffing?
Absolutely! As a caterer specializing in tailor-made events, we have extensive experience in the complete management of all logistical aspects. We can take care of equipment rental, decoration, set-up, staff coordination and everything else needed to make your event a success. Our aim is to offer you a stress-free experience, where you can concentrate on enjoying your event knowing that all the details are in safe hands.
How can I get a quote for my specific event?

How far in advance do I need to contact you to organize an event?
It's best to contact us as soon as possible to organize an event. This will enable us to better plan and ensure our availability for the desired date. In general, we recommend contacting us at least a few weeks in advance (or even months, depending on the nature of the event), especially for large-scale events. However, we understand that events can be planned at the last minute, so please don't hesitate to contact us even if you have a shorter deadline. We will do our best to accommodate your needs according to our availability.
How do you work with customers to organize an event?
At Cantillon, we believe in a personalized approach. We talk to our customers to understand their food preferences, the budget allocated to the event, whether there's a theme that needs to be respected, or any other details that seem relevant. We then design a customized event taking all these elements into account. 
What are your policies on cancelling or modifying an order?
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise and require adjustments. Our policies for cancelling or modifying an order depend on several factors, such as the size of the event, the notice period and the costs involved. For cancellations or modifications, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the options available. In general, cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation or modification in relation to the scheduled event date. Specific details are set out in our general terms and conditions. We are flexible and understanding of changing circumstances, and strive to find solutions that suit all parties involved. 
Can you adapt to specific themes or decorating requests?
Yes, we are able to adapt to specific themes and decorating requests; we understand that every event is unique and we are prepared to tailor our services to meet your expectations. First, we work with you to understand your vision and expectations for the decoration or theme of your event. Then, we work with our florist and/or external companies specialized in event decoration to meet your specific needs.
Can you handle both indoor and outdoor events?
Yes, it's possible to organize events indoors, but also outdoors. When it comes to indoor events, we work with the organizers to ensure that the space is well suited to the size of the event and the needs of the guests. When organizing outdoor events, we take into account factors such as weather conditions, the availability of suitable space, the logistics of set-up and dismantling, and the specific requirements of the outdoor event. We will work closely with you to plan and take the necessary steps to ensure the success of your event, while taking these considerations into account.
Do you offer tastings so we can taste your dishes before making a decision?
We understand the importance of tasting our dishes before making a decision. Whenever possible, and depending on the size of the event, we organize tastings to allow you to taste our dishes and make an informed decision. However, the availability of tastings may depend on the size and specific nature of the event. Where tastings are not available, we can provide you with references from satisfied customers or testimonials to give you an idea of the quality of our cuisine and service. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and provide you with an exceptional tasting experience.
